Yes — Streaming Mode plays sounds locally so any capture software (OBS, Streamlabs, TikTok Live Studio, YouTube Studio, Twitch Studio) picks them up automatically. No special integration, no plugins. If you can hear it, your stream can hear it.
Coming in v0.5.0 — TikTok Gift Sounds let your viewers control your in-game audio with the gifts they send. Commentator auto-generates the on-stream overlay so viewers see exactly which gifts trigger which moments.
Nope. Streamers get the most out of it, but if you just play games with friends on Discord, Discord Mode drops sound effects right into your voice channel — no stream needed.
